This is a personal digital tourist guide to the city of Uzhhorod.The mobile
app combines key information about the city, tourist locations and routes,
events, and the hospitality sector. Thanks to it, the city becomes closer,
more understandable, and more vibrant for every visitor.
Features of the interface and functionality
• Accessible for all devices running Android and iOS
operating systems;
• Available in both Ukrainian (your language) and English
languages;
• After downloading the app to your mobile device, 95% of
its content is accessible offline (including landmarks,
museums, routes, cities, favorite planning, and the
map*);
• Provides targeted text search for objects, with
specialized filters for refining searches or selecting
groups of objects to display either as a list or on a map;
• Allows users to vote/rate specific locations (landmarks,
museums, routes);
• Enables users to see voting results for landmarks,
museums, and routes on the app’s home page

Features of the interface and functionality
1. Addition of bilingual voiceovers/audio guides
(Ukrainian and English) for all app objects (Visit
section, other sections as needed);
2. Possibility of integrating 3D tours or AR/VR tours;
3. Creation of a separate section with information and
contacts of official tour guides or local guides (in
cities, communities, regions); other thematic
sections.
4. You are welcome to suggest your own ideas or
features — we are open to discussion! We are ready
to consider the technical feasibility of implementing
additional solutions that could enhance the
usability, informativeness, or interactivity of the
app. Collaboration is encouraged!
Budget, timeline, administration, support
• Estimated cost for implementing a similar application at the regional level or for regional centers: 5,000 – 8,000 EUR.
• *Final cost is determined based on the technical requirements, considering the number of objects to be included, processing
of text and media content, additional language translations, etc.
• Implementation cost for territorial communities, towns, cities (non-regional centers) in the range of 3,000 – 5,000 EUR
• The final cost is specified based on the technical requirements, taking into account the number of objects to be added, the processing of text and
media content, the need for additional translations into other languages, and similar factors. This estimate does not include the budget for
implementing item #1 (audio guides) and item #2 (3D tours) from the previous slide.
• Total implementation amount: Can be split into two separate contracts: one for technical implementation (software development) and another for
providing informational and consultative services (content processing, etc.).
• Timeline for implementation: 2-4 months.
• Along with the mobile application, you will receive a website (like - https://uzh.app.komkor.in.ua/ ) and an administration system (CMS) hosted on
the domain komkor.in.ua. This system allows you to modify and update information in the app.
• Technical support for the app: Free during the first year of operation. Starting from the second year, to accommodate the policies (requirements and
changes) of GooglePlay and AppStore, paid support is available upon request, with a subscription fee ranging from 250 to 500 EUR.
• Optional service: To improve your app’s search visibility on Google, we can transfer your website to a separate second-level domain (regional
affiliation). The cost for this option is calculated separately, depending on the domain name and hosting (annual subscription fee applies). Example:

• You can expand the language options of your application. Any language other than English (which are provided by default) can be added for an
additional cost about 250-500 EUR per language (excluding RTL languages).
